At Avoca, coffee freshness is paramount. We roast your coffee to order and do not keep inventory at the roastery. That means, when you order your coffee, we add your order to the current week or following week’s roasting schedule. The timing is important: Orders received by end-of-day Monday will be included in the current week roast schedule. Orders received after end-of-day Monday may be fulfilled if we have a few extra quantities available. Orders received Thursday through Sunday will fall on the following week’s schedule. Thanks for being patient….it’s worth it!!
